The highly successful Christian homeschool provider Sonlight is making secular edits to its very Christian curriculum in order to be used in public schools.

I have heard so much about this curriculum ever since we started homeschooling on September 2011. The thing that always kept me away was it’s Christian content. We want our homeschool to be secular, and although we want Super Hero to learn about Christianity, we most certainly do not want indoctrination of any sort. For this reason, I hadn’t really considered it before. However, thanks to my dear friend Andrea Medina, I became more interested in Sonlight. I was pleased to learn, it’s actually very easy to secularize, specially during the early years.
